Duties & Responsibilities
Process invoices and track payments in accordance with company procedures for multiple commercial properties
Generate and send out monthly billing statements to tenants
Calculate monthly utility bill backs
Track and follow up on COI’s for tenants and vendors on IMPAK
Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including but not limited to: lease administration, rent collection, maintenance requests, and move-ins/move-outs
Manage tenant concerns and complaints via phone, in-person, email and/or IMPAK
Serve as the liaison between tenants and vendors, coordinating service calls and scheduling work as requested
Track building access cards, overnight parking requests and assigned parking maps
Handle all administrative duties including but not limited to: filing invoices, billing statements, service contracts, PO’s and correspondence
May include travelling to different buildings to assist property managers as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years experience in property administration, or a related role
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations for commercial real estate
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
