Are you passionate about skincare, sales, and creating meaningful customer relationships? skinBEAUTIFUL RX is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and detail-oriented professional to take the lead in client communication and skincare retail.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for educating clients on our skincare offerings—both in person and through personalized email follow-ups. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their skincare goals, driving revenue, and enhancing brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and support the front desk team with bookings, check-ins, and check-outs

Take ownership of email communication: respond to client inquiries, send personalized skincare recommendations, manage follow-ups, and nurture client relationships

Serve as a skincare product expert—confidently educate and sell a curated line of skincare products based on client needs

Drive retail sales through thoughtful recommendations, promotions, and client follow-ups

Maintain client records, preferences, and communication logs in CRM systems

Collaborate with estheticians and therapists to align retail with treatments and maximize results

Support merchandising, inventory tracking, and product displays

What You Bring:

Strong written communication skills—you’re comfortable crafting clear, engaging, and professional emails

Proven ability to sell products or services, ideally in the skincare or wellness space

Passion for skincare, health, and beauty, with a desire to stay informed about new products and trends

Tech-savvy and highly organized—you can juggle tasks and systems with ease

Confident, friendly, and customer-focused with a keen attention to detail

Experience in customer service, retail sales, or spa/hospitality preferred

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
