Our client, a foundry in the Belding MI area is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Overview: As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems at the manufacturing plant.
Your primary focus will be on managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that all equipment, including robotics, conveyors, and automation systems, are maintained and optimized for maximum productivity.
Accountability is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning at optimal levels * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness * Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to support their professional growth and development * Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements that will enhance productivity and efficiency * Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved limits * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations If you are a highly motivated, experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in heavy industry manufacturing and a passion for leading teams and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
