Production Employee, $20-$23/hour – Norton Shores, MI

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with hydraulics and assembly preferred

Must supply personal tools of the trade

Skills:

Mechanical aptitude with assembly and machining tasks

Proficiency in using quality control and precision measuring instruments

Understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

As a Production Employee, not only will you be performing a wide variety of assembly and machining operations, but you’ll also handle complex setups, electrical wiring, precision testing, and more. You’ll be expected to operate multiple machines, follow detailed blueprints, and ensure top-notch quality on every unit. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
