Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, APEX & Guardian Program Management to join our team in Iselin, NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in expanding and integrating the APEX customer engagement program into the Guardian platform and across all Ansell Commercial Units. This role involves evaluating and enhancing APEX’s current model, driving its growth beyond a single unit, and ensuring alignment with commercial goals through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Program Manager supports the Guardian platform by translating stakeholder needs into development plans and analyzing program performance to drive continuous improvement and adoption.

What your role will be?
Program Management
Lead integration of the APEX customer engagement program into the Guardian platform, aligning processes, tools, and workflows.
Develop and execute a roadmap to scale APEX from one commercial unit to others, including Industrial and Medical segments.
Oversee daily APEX operations; refine messaging, features, and support to drive customer engagement and program value.
Evaluate current APEX workflows to identify improvements for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Track and report on key performance metrics for both APEX and Guardian to ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as liaison across Sales, Marketing, Training, and Category teams to ensure alignment on program goals and execution.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder input to inform program updates and feature development.
Communicate program performance, updates, and changes clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Commercial Strategy & Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with Commercial Unit leaders to align APEX objectives with broader business and customer engagement strategies.
Support creation of go-to-market plans for new APEX features and Guardian enhancements in partnership with Marketing and Category teams.
Ensure program positioning and messaging support differentiation in the market.
Technology & Product Development
Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of APEX and Guardian platform enhancements.
Document user stories, business requirements, and technical inputs to support agile software development.
Support the Sr. Manager, Guardian in translating stakeholder needs into actionable, prioritized feature requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Global Collaboration
Partner with global teams to tailor program strategies to regional needs and cultural differences.
Influence and align cross-functional contributors in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
Promote inclusive collaboration and ensure diverse perspectives are considered in program development and execution.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience and education combination.
7+ years of experience in program management, product management, strategic business operations, or commercial leadership
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working within B2B, industrial, or healthcare sectors preferred.
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms or digital service tools is a plus.
