Job Description

Larry Poole - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly professional individual to join our team in a busy, clean office environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment with high walk-in and phone traffic, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills.

This is an in-office position working Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with appropriate business casual attire. All applicants must be able to commute to our agency location in Bossier City, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

Ask for additional products to enhance service offerings (service to sell)

Manage and prioritize walk-in and phone inquiries efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Provide support to team members as needed

Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for clients and staff

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service focused on service and retention.

Base Salary plus Commissions on new business

Qualifications:

Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 30 days of employment

Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment

Customer service experience is a plus

Strong professionalism and work ethic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus!

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
