Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at First Care Medical, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website graphics, and more. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the overall brand image and promoting our services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives

- Develop creative and innovative designs for various marketing materials

- Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs

- Create and edit graphics, images, and other visual elements

- Ensure all designs are in line with the brand guidelines and standards

- Present design concepts and ideas to the marketing team and incorporate feedback

- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Work with external vendors to ensure high-quality printing of marketing materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Knowledge of digital illustration and photo editing software

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
