Position: Sr.

Systems Integration Engineer Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture.

Act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on architecture designed to address client business problems.

Provide direction for design activities.

Participate in design sessions to gather the design requirements for Workday Integrations.

Be actively involved in project life cycle phases of business requirement gathering, process study, functional and technical specification creation, impact assessment, estimation and consulting, training and customer engagement, DA Reviews with Workday, user manual documentation, planned handover, and go-live support.

Responsible for developing custom reports, advanced reports, and calculated fields.

Oversee data migration using Inbound EIB's and develop outbound EIB's with custom transformation and customs report transformation.

Deliver working models of integrations using Agile methodology.

Manage end to end project time tracking module go-live for both technical and functional.

Develop, deploy, migrate, and support more than 30 integrations including inbound/outbound integrations, EIB's, Core Connectors Workers and Benefits using Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Service APIs to improve HRIT process.

Prepare high level design documents for Integrations.

Responsible for building Studio integrations, designed using SSK framework.

Prepare third-party Payroll PECI Integrations.

Perform tests for all integrations and provide post deployment support.

Upgrade to Adaptive Planning, attend training sessions, and provide support.

Responsible for creating and maintaining PGP and SSH keys and configuring them in the tenant as required.

Design and configure other Workday Security configuration objects including User based, Role based.

Provide support for Workday Release.

Collaborate with team in resolving the issues and brainstorming sessions.

Provide knowledge transfer and training sessions.

Provide KT sessions to migrate instances using OX2.0 from one tenant to another tenant.

May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience.

Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Designing, developing, and supporting new, or existing, reports and integrations from Workday to internal and external systems using Workday, and deploying Workday, Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Benefits, Workday EIB, HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Planning, and Work Time; 2) Working with vendors to debug issues with integrations and mapping the requirements and preparing the migration and deployments for integrations to Sandbox and Production; 3) Creating and maintaining Custom Integrations using SOAP Webservices, RESTful Webservices, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Document Transform Workday Studio; 4) Developing and executing test plans, while documenting results to ensure program/application performance regarding business requirements and testing and debugging program units in conjunction with other units and/or systems; and 5) Identifying, analyzing, and classifying improvements needed, understanding impact cross functionally and leading the implementation of change though a Change control board or similar system towards Production deployment and establishing and actively cultivating relationship with business owners.
