Inbound Sales Representative

Inbound Sales Representative Location: Cleveland, OH 44115 Pay: $16/hour + Weekly Commission ($200–$500) Amotec is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives for a growing call center located in downtown Cleveland.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous sales or call center experience who are confident communicators and comfortable working from a script.

Available Shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and follow a scripted sales process Upsell additional products or services to maximize each customer interaction Use clear, engaging speech and dynamic tone while reading scripts Enter accurate customer information into the system Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals Requirements: Prior experience in a call center or phone-based sales role Proven ability to upsell or cross-sell in a fast-paced environment Clear speaking voice and ability to stay enthusiastic on the phone Strong computer skills and attention to detail Goal-driven with excellent listening and customer service skills What’s in It for You: Competitive base pay plus weekly commission Consistent full-time hours with flexible start times Supportive training and coaching Room for growth in a performance-driven environment Ready to take your sales skills to the next level?
