Lead Windows Application Developer C# / .NET / WPF

This is a hands-on development role, not design, and we’re looking for engineers who write clean, reliable code and thrive in a tight-knit, product-focused environment.

What You’ll Do: · Design, develop, and maintain desktop apps in WPF using C#/.NET · Debug and improve system performance for real-world hardware/software integration · Work closely with product, QA, and hardware teams to build robust solutions · Lead features from requirements to release · Mentor junior developers as needed (no direct people management) What You Bring: 5–12 years of experience building Windows applications using WPF, .NET, and C# Strong experience with desktop architecture, multithreading, memory management, and diagnostics Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude Must be a U.S.
