Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance expert to take on the role of VP/Director of Finance in Louisville, Kentucky. As the VP/Director of Finance, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide strategic financial insight, guide fiscal planning, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive financial strategies to support the organization's growth and sustainability.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and long-term planning to ensure the organization's fiscal health.
Financial Reporting: Manage timely and accurate reporting of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance department to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management.
Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
