Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting and Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. Based in Foothill Ranch, California, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.

• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow, investment strategies, and maintaining banking relationships.

• Develop and enforce financial policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and deliver financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior leadership.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards across all financial activities.

• Collaborate with external auditors to coordinate and manage the annual audit process.

• Lead finance-related initiatives and projects, including designing workflows and monitoring post-implementation processes.

• Utilize financial software systems to maintain accurate and efficient financial records.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Previous experience in retail finance or financial services is essential.

• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide teams effectively.

• Ability to work on-site in Foothill Ranch, California.
