Job Description

A well-established public accounting firm in Omaha is seeking a Partner to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with an audit or tax background to take on a key role in a firm known for its family-oriented culture, client-focused approach, and prime location.

As a Partner, you will be instrumental in firm leadership, client service, and business development, contributing to the continued success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit and/or tax engagements

Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the firm’s operations

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Mentor and develop staff members

Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s reach

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications

CPA license required

Extensive experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and/or tax

Prior leadership or partner-level experience preferred

Strong business development and client management skills

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
