Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or operations within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the connective tissue between order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders through ERP systems; track orders through to delivery.
Logistics Coordination: Work closely with carriers and third-party logistics providers to schedule and monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Customer Service: Serve as a responsive and helpful point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, issues, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse partners and inventory manager to support inventory cycle counts.
Replenishment Analytics: Analyze sales and inventory data to support replenishment planning and ensure optimal stock levels at retailer facilities.
EDI & ERP System Management: Maintain accuracy and integrity in ERP systems; assist with EDI order flows and troubleshoot errors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operational flow and a consistent customer experience.Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain, preferably in the CPG industry
Experience with ERP systems and EDI transactions
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Team player with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindsetPreferred Experience
Prior experience working with KeHE, UNFI, and other mass retailers
Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and customer replenishment practicesWorking Conditions:
On-site, full-time position, Monday through Friday, with work as needed for special sale events.
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and timelines
