We currently provide a variety of services, including routine vaccinations for children and adults, COVID-19 vaccinations, flu vaccinations, biometric screenings (blood pressure, glucose, and lipid checks, A1C testing), vision screenings, TB screenings, COVID-19 testing, and other laboratory and blood testing services
Homeland Health Specialists is seeking a Registrar to join our clinical team!
Our registrars are at the heart of our clinics, helping to set up clinics and assist customers and nurses.
Our clinics are located at companies, schools, and other organizations throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.
This position requires flexibility to work multiple shifts and locations, 20-40 hours/ week, from late August to the end of November, depending on our clients' needs.
We serve much of the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Cambridge, Duluth, Fargo, Grand Forks, Mankato, Owatonna/ Faribault, Rochester, St. Cloud, Western Wisconsin, Eastern North Dakota, and Iowa.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact for all health and wellness clinics
· Coordinate with the Lead Nurse and assist with the set up and take down of clinics
· Review consent forms for completeness and legibility, and verify insurance information
· Assist with clinic flow to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
· Travel to and from various clinics
Qualifications:
· Previous customer service
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Detail-oriented
· Team player and a Can-Do Attitude
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation:
· Competitive pay
· $2.00/hour shift differential
· Travel pay 16.00/hour
· Mileage $0.70 per mile
· Safe and Sick time
