What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:
Work as part of the Loeb Electric team at a customer job site and use your customer service skills to help respond to and forecast contractor’s needs.
Take all deliveries that come to the warehouse including consignment material, one-off material, wire, cable trays and basket trays.
Check in and coordinate with General Foreman and Foreman to make sure material is being delivered satisfactorily.
Help customer employees locate missing material in the building and/or get ETA’s on material that is back ordered or yet to be delivered.
Receive pipe, strut, and all-thread in the warehouse and deliver throughout the building.
Take material that is no longer needed out of the building to be counted and returned to Loeb.
Ensure that the inventory is accurate and available for customer’s staff to pull material when needed.
This role will act as a “personal shopper” for customer employees for consigned material that will be located onsite inside Loeb Electric’s VMI cages.
Customer will provide direction on what material they need from the VMI cages, what Cost or Phase Code to use, and the correct quantity they are requesting.
Experience:
1+ years of warehouse or project construction experience.
Experience with handheld computer equipment such as RF scanners.
Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
Able to work well and coordinate with others.
Ability to read, write and exhibit strong basic math skills.

Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time outside.
Requires reliable transportation to and from job site.
Must pass background check and 10-panel drug screen.
Able to move/lift to 75 lbs. unassisted.
Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
Willingness to obtain company paid OSHA 10 certification.
Ability to operate material moving equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
