$150K-$175K + ESOP Ownership + Overtime Pay

They're looking for a Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead complex roadway and bridge projects, mentor a team of 4–5 engineers, and manage multiple initiatives from proposals and business development to construction plan development and review.

What You’ll Need:

Professional Engineer (PE) license (Ohio)

15+ years’ experience, including DOT road/bridge bid & design & construction

Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills

Proven track record managing projects and mentoring teams
