Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including order picking, packing, quality control, and shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities:

- Able to move heavy equipment to retrieve and move products within the warehouse (up to 50lbs)

- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of products

- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet production goals

- Utilize warehouse management system (will train)

- Assemble, inspect and service product (will provide training).

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organizational skills to main an efficient warehouse layout

-Motivated to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

-Basic computer, math and email skills to enter into the computer efficiently

Skills:

- Experience in warehouse operations

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and quality control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as needed (up to 50lbs)

- Excellent communication skills

- High School Graduate or GED

- Speak, Read and write in English

- Background check and substance testing required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour with performance merit increase and merit bonuses

Expected hours: 40 per week (possible optional overtime as needed)

Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
