Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
Ensure food is stored, handled, and cooked safely (following health code guidelines).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including grill, fryers, prep areas, and refrigeration.
Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining consistency.
Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness.
Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a commercial kitchen (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Must have weekend availability (Friday–Sunday).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work near heat/steam.Perks & Benefits:
