AppleOne in North San Diego is seeking a Luxury Property Manager to support the oversight of operations and maintenance for a office campus.

Responsibilities include:

- Tenant Relations

- Vendor Relations & Property Inspections

- Contract Management

- Financial Reporting & Annual Budgets

- Building & Space Improvements

- Administrative Support:

Skills & Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of property management experience preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to Multitask.
