No optical experience? No problem — if you’ve got the drive to connect with people, offer expert recommendations, and close high-ticket sales, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the optical world.

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and guide them through selecting high-end eyewear

Use your sales skills to recommend lenses, coatings, and multiple pairs

Learn how to adjust, measure, and fit glasses (we train you!)

Help keep our optical boutique clean, organized, and well-displayed

Collaborate with doctors and techs to ensure a seamless patient experience

Ideal Background:

1+ year experience in luxury or commission-based sales (jewelry, phones, spa, boutique, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Detail-oriented with a love for helping people look and feel their best

Excited to learn and grow into a certified optician over time
