This position is for a Project Manager working for the Mechanical Contractor in the construction area of industry. We work for Fortune 500 companies, Municipalities, General Contractors, Construction Managers, & Utilities as the Mechanical Prime Contractor, or as a Sub-Contractor. The Project Manager has the overall responsibility of getting the job done on time and on budget. Managing all the pitfalls for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee All Aspects of the Project from Planning to Implementation

• Allocate Resources for Assigned Projects

• Supervise All Onsite Personnel and Subcontractors

• Interface with the Client, Construction Manager, Sub-Contractors, & Engineer

• Price & Negotiate Change Orders

Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 Years Previous Experience in Mechanical Construction

• Experience Running Projects from $1m to $10M

• Preferred Prior Work Experience with an MCAA Contractor

• Ability to Read & Understand Contracts

• Ability to Read & Understand Plans & Specifications

• Familiarity with Construction Management & Scheduling Software

• Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
