The Division of Residential Resources is responsible for the oversight of Ohio's eight Developmental Centers and the Community Capital Assistance program to help individuals with developmental disabilities have access to affordable and accessible housing in the community.
What will you do?
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training initiatives across DCs.
Ensure training reflects Trauma-Informed Care, evidence-based practices, and adult learning theory.
Develop policy guidance and management plans to support practice fidelity and regulatory theory.
Oversee program evaluation metrics, budgets, and performance goals.
Provide technical assistance, coaching, and on-site support for Trauma-Informed Biographical Timelines (TIBTs) and other initiatives.
Deliver high-impact training (in-person, virtual, recorded) for internal staff and external partners.
Analyze operational data (e.g., MUIs, UIRs) and develop data-informed recommendations for service improvement.
Represent the training department in cross-agency initiatives and interdepartmental collaborations.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with county boards, providers, and other public systems.
Serve as liaison and provide regular updates to ADD and RR leadership.

Hourly wage will be paid at step 1, unless otherwise specified by collective bargaining agreement or rules outlined in the ORC/OAC.
