Recommend payment eligibility and calculation, utilize established procedure for eligibility review and calculation. Access required systems to obtain data (OCLQS, TAP, MS Forms, Email, Excel, etc.). Complete excel or other tracking tool. Ask questions of lead or manager as needed. Make recommendations for process improvement. Assist with processing of monthly/quarterly reports, review reports for receipt by deadline and notify lead if missing, review reports for completion, compile report responses for review, update tracking sheet. Assist with meeting materials development including power point, word documents, agendas, and capturing meeting notes and action items. Assist with resource mailbox monitoring, utilize established procedures and provider already approved responses, research email requests for payment and provide recommendation to lead, distribute emails as required, assist with testing of email automations, assist with drafting communications and documentation. Other duties as assigned.

Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of salary range 27 (step 1, $20.99 per hour) associated with this position.

DCY’s core hours of operation are Mon-Fri from 8\:00am to 5\:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across DCY divisions. Employees may begin as early as 7\:00am & as late as 9\:00am, based on supervisory approval. This position performs work on-site daily at DCY’s office space.
Selection devices such as a structured interview, proficiency instrument, &/or assessment may be required for this position; Applicants must demonstrate proficiency with a passing score of applicable selection device to be considered for this position. All results will be maintained for 6 months. Applicant with a passing score will be retained & utilized for a 6-month period. Applicant with a failing score in the same position may not re-take the same selection device for a 6-month period.
Travel required, as needed. Must provide own transportation or, in order to operate a state vehicle, you must have a valid driver’s license.
