Looking to launch your career in sales, marketing, or business? BathWorks is a fast-growing Jacuzzi bath remodeling company based in West Michigan, and we're hiring motivated, entry-level team members to join our in-house call center.

This role is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and build real-world skills. You'll be working with warm leads only — no cold calling — and helping drive company growth by setting up in-home design consultations.

What You'll Do:

Call and follow up with homeowners who've shown interest

Set appointments for our sales team — no hard selling

Learn proven sales and marketing techniques

Support the sales pipeline and collaborate with our growth team

Who You Are:

Hungry to learn and grow — you want more than just a job

Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone

Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
