Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Ground Staff at leading Indian airports. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have completed 10+2 or are graduates and are looking to start a full-time career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding.

Provide information and assistance to travelers regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.

Ensure security and safety compliance at terminals and boarding gates.

Handle customer service queries and coordinate with airline staff for smooth operations.

Support senior airport staff in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 10th to Graduate (Any Stream).

Age: 18 to 32 years preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or aviation is a plus.
