User Experience Designer (Hybrid â Local Only)

Weâ re seeking a curious, creative, and collaborative User Experience Designer to join our growing UX product team. If you're passionate about human-centered design and driven to craft thoughtful, elegant user experiencesâ this role is for you. You'll play a key role in shaping how users interact with digital products by transforming complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and engaging designs.

This is a hybrid position for local candidates only, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and corporate stakeholders.

What Youâ ll Do:

Champion human-centered design throughout the entire product development lifecycle

Lead creation of personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design strategy and development

Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma to communicate concepts clearly and effectively

Facilitate design workshops and ideation sessions with product teams and stakeholders to generate user-first solutions

Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically aligned interfaces

Conduct usability testing and user research to validate ideas, uncover insights, and optimize the user journey

Use the design thinking framework (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) to solve tough UX challenges

Present design concepts, research findings, and strategic insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling way

Apply strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to deliver high-impact solutions quickly and effectively

What You Bring:

A strong foundation in human-centric design principles

Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative â comfortable leading projects independently

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping

A Bachelorâ s degree (or higher) in Human Factors Engineering, Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
