The Systems Support Analyst role is a mission-driven and detail-oriented Application Owner / Business Analyst (BA) to serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a customized, SQL-based care delivery and billing platform used by Sycamore Services. This role will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, supporting application functionality, configuration, reporting, and user engagement.
This role will be the point of contact between end-users, leadership, and vendors, ensuring this platform evolves in step with operational goals while staying compliant and user-friendly.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary SME and application owner for a customized, vended care management and billing platform, currently Accel Provide/Trax.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into platform enhancements or configurations.
· Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, configuration changes, and platform health monitoring.
· Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc SQL queries and reports to support operational insights.
· Support reporting and dashboard needs using SQL and/or Power BI (or willingness to be trained on Power BI).
· Document system workflows, processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
· Liaise with the vendor for escalations, troubleshooting, system upgrades, or customizations.
· Train and support end-users in the effective use of the application and reporting tools.
· Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

· Associates degree (AA); bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience or a combination of at least three (3) years of education and related IT experience
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Application Administrator, or similar hybrid role.
· Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
· Experience with healthcare or billing platforms is a plus.
· Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI is desirable (training can be provided).
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to establish and rearrange priorities to meet deadlines as assigned.
· Ability to interact with staff, clients, and other professionals in a matter that creates harmony and promotes a spirit of cooperation
· Ability to demonstrate full support to the mission of Sycamore Services staff, and clients
