Louis MO Job Type: W2 Contract Industry: Banking Experience Level: 7+ years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations). You will work directly with clients and internal teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CE, F&O, Business Central, or Power Platform). Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Lead and support the implementation, testing, deployment, and training phases of Dynamics 365 projects.

Create and maintain solution documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 environments.

Work with developers to integrate D365 with third-party systems and custom applications.

Participate in data migration, cleansing, and mapping activities during project lifecycles.

Stay up to date on Dynamics 365 updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or Business Central). Strong understanding of CRM or ERP business processes.

Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

Ability to write simple reports and queries using FetchXML or SQL.

Familiarity with Azure services, integration tools (like KingswaySoft), and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-300, MB-210) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Knowledge of industry-specific Dynamics 365 modules or customizations.

Prior consulting experience with Microsoft partners or enterprise clients.
