Job Description

Job and Talent is currently looking for 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Picker, Packer for a Food Manufacturing company located in the Franklin, WI area.

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.

Responsibilities

Pack products securely and efficiently according to company standards.

Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.

Label packages correctly to ensure proper identification.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.

Shifts- (all shifts are 12 hours)

1st shift hours 6:00am -6:00pm

2nd shift hours 6:00pm-6:00am

Requirements

Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds).

Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Must have reliable transportation

Drug Screen & Background Check Required

Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
