Job Position: Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) - (Contract/1099/Independent Contractor)

Job Background:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team in providing military veterans with thorough mental health compensation and pension exams for service connected issues and claims. The hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Hybrid remote and on site work.

Job Description:

Mental health issues assessed during the exams may include depression, military sexual trauma, PTSD, sleeping disorders, eating disorders and anxiety. Exam service is for assessment purposes only.

Role Description:

This is a contract role for a Locums Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with The Locums Company, LLC.. Psychologist will work on-site and remotely to provide mental health assessments for military veterans. . TLC offers excellent contract compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Requirement:

Must have Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) License in West Virginia

Must have a doctorates degree in Psychology

Must be willing to work 40 hours a week

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Job Types: Contract

Pay: $775/day

Expected hours: Monday- Friday (Hybrid)

Schedule: 8 hours a day

Monday to Friday

No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

Beckley, WV: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In-person/ remote hybrid.
