This is a 6-month contract position, offering a hybrid work schedule, and paying $16.50/hr.
Duties:
- Accurately review and enter invoices
- Identify and correct errors
- Maintain accurate and organized files and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any billing or payment inquiries
- Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an office, administrative or accounting role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
