Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Project Manager. Individual must have a B.S. degree in Engineering related field or Construction Management with field experience in the construction management arena. Individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This position requires strong computer skills (Microsoft office suite products, Procore etc.), strong organization vision with an ability to multitask on multiple projects. We require this individual to be a team builder who can work well with others and represent the company standards with Clients. Must have a minimum 3 - 4 years of related project management experience. Duties include, working with Superintendents, Quality Control and Safety personnel, reviewing critical project metrics, submittals, contracts and purchase orders, changes and modifications, drafting RFI’s, Letters, scheduling activities, and much more. Individual must be energetic and positive with a can-do attitude. Must pass drug and criminal background checks.Company Description
