Vacancy: Retail Team Leader

Location: Hermitage Mall, Paramaribo

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and an eye for operational excellence? We are looking for a Retail Team Leader who will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. In this role, you will lead a motivated team, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and oversee inventory and cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the store team for optimal performance

Manage inventory to ensure product availability

Coordinate shift planning and staff scheduling

Oversee cash register processes and step in when necessary

Drive sales and provide excellent customer service

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance

Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with procedures

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in retail

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of inventory management, sales strategies, and cash handling

A hands-on and problem-solving mindset

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
