Personal Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support and help manage administrative responsibilities. This role is fully remote and ideal for candidates who are highly responsive and organised.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative and personal support

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones

Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required

Support in tracking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met

Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and documentation when needed

Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders in English

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong command of English (both written and spoken)

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organised

Responsive and able to work independently

Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role is a plus

Proficient in basic office software and online communication tools

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
