Description

The Portfolio Manager will assist the National Account Manager in connection with the performance of the services required hereunder and will perform the following duties, at minimum:

Primary Responsibilities

The Portfolio Manager will oversee the complete structure of the premises, in this highly regulated environment

Monitoring and acting upon all attendance and disciplinary issues of Contractor’s personnel.

Administer a driver safety/awareness program, including all related training.

Prepare all weekly summary reports required for the operation, including but not limited to post incident reports and daily total guard hours.

Maintain all post orders in a central file and ensure posts have copies of these orders at all times.

Conduct specialized security training required by the Manager.

Establish performance measures for the service provided under this Contract and other means to ensure productivity and overall effectiveness.

Attend daily briefings with the Manager and provide updates on all posts and communicate any issues, problems or concerns.

Recommend enhancements to policy and procedures.

Be available on call twenty-four (24) hours a day, to assist, and advise the Manager on the operations of the Contract hereunder.

Dress in business attire at all times while on duty.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must possess at least five years of experience managing security operations at a complex, multi-use facility, with one of those 5 years, in specific aviation industry.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must be highly organized and available during off-hours, weekends, etc.

Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Individual must have experience managing Guard staff.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Ability to receive and disseminate information clearly is required.

Ability to support First Responders as directed is required.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.

Individual must be highly organized and responsive.

Courteous, "customer-service" demeanor is required
