Average Day on the Job:

Responsible for assisting members with lending-related inquiries via incoming calls and online channels, providing accurate information about loan products and services offered by the Credit Union. Responsible for sending and receiving correspondence, handling miscellaneous paperwork as needed, and performing a variety of account maintenance duties. Ensures a seamless member experience and helps members understand their lending options. Actively cross-sells Credit Union services. Performs other assigned jobs including various administrative functions and assists other Lending Agents, Loan Processors, and Contact Center Agents with other duties as required. Serves members promptly and professionally. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Work From Home:

This position works in-office in Corinth, TX for the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, there is the potential to work from home on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will still work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Work Schedule:

This is a 40 hour per week, full time position, with rotating Saturdays. Work times are 8:45am - 5:15pm Monday through Friday, and 8:45am 12:15pm on Saturdays.

Job Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

High school diploma or GED certificate

Phone/call center experience

Loan product knowledge

Great communication skills

Computer skills
