In this pivotal role, you will ensure the peak performance of our Spot robots, focusing on operational excellence and quality assurance. You will handle everything from troubleshooting and debugging to executing sophisticated test procedures, making you essential to our mission of advancing robotics technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed Factory Acceptance Testing to guarantee product quality before shipment.

Create and manage Work Orders for Spot Cams, including checkout processes to ensure readiness for deployment.

Perform comprehensive testing on robots, meticulously documenting outcomes and communicating key findings across departments.

Clean robots and log failures, maintaining the highest standards of product presentation and functionality.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance to document all issues thoroughly and work with Repair Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.

Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately completed, adhering to industry standards and company procedures.

Utilize Salesforce for task management, demonstrating proficiency in CRM tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Regularly engage with production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize quality control processes and contribute to the development of our robotics technology.

We are looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Factory Acceptance Testing or equipment testing environment

Technical knowledge and experience in electronics

Experience working in a manufacturing or robotics environment is a plus

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry standards

Versatility: Comfortable performing a variety of tasks from technical troubleshooting to administrative documentation.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on precision and quality in every aspect of the role.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey information effectively across various teams.

Technical Acumen: Adept in using software tools like Salesforce and experienced in hardware testing procedures.

Collaborative Spirit: Eager to work in tandem with different departments to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Ambulatory movement with the ability to lift 50lbs daily.
