Job Description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse Lead for our location in Sumner, WA 98390.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise & lead a team of 10–20 warehouse associates, including new hires.

Oversee daily warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Ensure accurate outbound scanning and proper loading on trailers.

Maintain clear communication with both warehouse staff and management regarding operations and performance.

Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies, ordering new supplies when needed.

Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.

Available Schedules:

Sunday - Wednesday

Or

Wednesday - Saturday

1st Shift: 10:30a.m. Until Finish (10 hours/day)

Starting Pay Rate:

$22.50/Hr.

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.

Updated Resume is required to apply.

At least 2 years of warehouse experience.

Leadership or supervising experience.

Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)

Have and wear Steel toe boots (Required for safety)

Own transportation to get to and from work on time.

Background check will be conducted.

Be able to start working as soon as need it before June 18th, 2025.
