This is a unique opportunity to earn between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, plus an aggressive sales bonus structure and benefits package.

Skills needed:

Ability to provide top-level customer service

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities

Proven ability to engage and connect with people/customers to build trust and rapport

Ability to confidently recommend services and close sales effectively

Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in all situations

Strong attention to detail in scheduling, workflow coordination, and prioritizing tasks

Skilled in handling multiple requests and service records

Ability to schedule auto repair jobs to maximize shop and service efficiency

Have a good working knowledge of computers and automotive software like Alldata, Identifx and shop point of sale software, such as Tekmetric.

Must have valid California state driver's license and a clean driving record
