Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a reputable client in Pasadena, CA. This position requires an individual who is proficient in data entry and excels in a professional environment. The role is temporary, with an immediate start, and offers an opportunity to work onsite in Pasadena, California.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency in a professional setting.

Utilize Excel for data management, requiring advanced skills in Pivot Tables and Vlookups.

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Support administrative tasks as needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of Pivot Tables and Vlookups.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, full-time hours.

Benefits
