The Client Services Banker (CSB) will ensure Choice Bank’s clients are provided with accurate, efficient, professional and #PeopleFirst experiences. The CSB is responsible for servicing consumer clients’ needs from frontline transaction processing, new account opening, existing account maintenance and loan processing. This person will also assist with business and commercial account related tasks via the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform. Using the Frontline Manual, Deposit Manual and Fraud Playbook is instrumental to be successful in this role, and to develop strong knowledge of various resources. It is important for the CSB to be able to work well as a part of a team but also have the discipline to be productive independently. CSBs must lead the charge within Client Services, following Premier Experience service standards and ensure a People First approach with every customer interaction, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Client Services
Utilize Horizon XE to conduct cash drawer transactions, including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, monetary instruments, safe deposit box entry, etc.
Serve as a resource to Client Service Specialists. Provide overrides within assigned limits while factoring available funds, risk and suspicious activity, contribute to ongoing training of CSS team as requested.
Deposit Services
Assist client with consumer account opening and maintenance- checking, savings, certificates of deposit, IRAs.
Assist clients with accurate completion of wire transfer requests and submit them timely to the internal wire team.
Provide ATM debit card product support.
Troubleshoot and support for consumer and business online banking.
Assist Personal Bankers as needed with generating documents and customer meeting preparation, FCM scanning and CRM support.
Loan Services
Facilitate the origination, closing and servicing of consumer loans, including but not limited to HELOCs, personal loans and lines of credit.
Collaborate with Loan Ops in gathering necessary information to originate, close or communicate denial information on consumer loans to borrowers.
Foster relationships with Business Bankers to service their business client consumer lending needs.
Comply with and be knowledgeable with consumer lending policies, procedures and compliance.
