HVAC Installations & Repairs: Remove, install, and replace HVAC systems and components

System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems to identify issues

Repair Quotes: Accurately build quotes for repairs and services

Customer Education: Provide customers with insights on HVAC systems and products

Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks and maintenance

Training & Mentoring: Assist in the development of junior team members

Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients

Adhere to Codes: Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and standards

Physical Tasks: Perform heavy lifting (50-100 lbs), work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors as necessaryWhat We’re Looking For:

Certification: EPA certification is preferred, but we’ll help you get certified if you’re not already

Teamwork: Ability to build relationships based on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect

Positive Attitude: A can-do mindset that contributes to a great team atmosphere

Communication: Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members

Willingness to Learn: Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technologies and trendsRequirements:
