Construction Laborers and Masons – Commercial Projects (West Cleveland, Lorain, Erie & Huron Counties)

Location: Rocky River and other commercial job sites throughout Huron, Erie, and Lorain Counties

Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE for laborers; higher pay available for experienced masons

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some variation possible)

Hours: 40 hours/week + potential overtime

Duration: Long-term – ongoing projects with continuous opportunities

Job Description:

A large, well-established construction company is actively hiring Construction Laborers and Masons for multiple commercial projects across West Cleveland, Lorain County, Erie County, and Huron County. We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who are ready to work with a skilled masonry crew on long-term projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist masonry teams on commercial job sites

Carry materials, mix mortar, and assist in basic masonry tasks

Learn and support brick and stone laying processes

Follow safety protocols and job site procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Previous construction or masonry experience is a plus, but not required

Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions

Must have reliable transportation to job sites

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
