We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of Executive
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Draft staff schedules
Plan work-related travel details
Receive visitors
Phone Calls, Emails, Calendar Management
Bookkeeping Knowledge is a plus
Maintain and order supplies
Draft Weekly Reports
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
