Administer respiratory therapy procedures such as blood gas sample collection, oxygen therapy, ventilation support, and inhaled medication administration. Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy License:

Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or (RCP-Temp) licensure by the Missouri Respiratory Care board. Educational Permit holders must be graduates of a respiratory program. Certifications:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within one month of employment.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the NBRC within one year of employment.
