Job Details

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

* Outpatient Clinic

* Mon - Fri, Day Shift

* No Holidays, NO Nights, Limited/No Weekends

The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will provide family orientated, outpatient care to patients throughout the full lifecycle. Responsibilities include routine health exams and management of medical conditions. Experience managing chronic health issues such as diabetes, asthma, HBP, etc. preferred.

Qualifications:

* Nurse Practitioner with active NY License

* Must have at least 2 years related clinical experience

* Prefer experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Health Clinic, Ambulatory setting, etc.

* DEA License

* Bilingual Spanish a plus
