Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced fresh Seafood Manager for our Austin, TX location. Ideal candidate should have 3+ years experience in a retail supermarket/big box environment in fresh seafood sales, inventory control, product handling, and customer service. Seafood HACCP and food safety knowledge a plus. (We will certify you for seafood HACCP) Customer Service skills are an absolute must, as you will interact with business customers on a daily basis. Salary plus benefits, 401k plan, and annual bonus program.
