About the Role: JOC Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Execute Projects: Manage schedules, budgets, and scope; coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams.

Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site work, enforce safety, and resolve daily challenges.

Budget Management: Track costs, issue POs for Subs, review bids, and develop proposals.

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate materials and subcontractors, adjust timelines as needed.

Client Communication: Serve as primary contact, lead meetings, and ensure alignment.

Team Leadership: Guide teams and promote collaboration.

Documentation: Maintain reports, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and project records.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership

Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance

Organization

Communication

Preferred Skills:

5+ years in construction project management

JOC project experience

Line Item Estimating Knowledge

OSHA 30 certification
