Our partner company, ACE Rental and Sales, is seeking a full-time person to work as Scaffold Estimator / Project Manager. $75K - $125K, plus bonus, depending on experience.

As a Scaffold Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive bids for scaffolding projects. You will analyze project specifications, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure estimates align with project requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Visit projects to determine scaffolding requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and other associated costs.
Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and specifications.
Manage the project from start to finish.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide timely and accurate bid proposals to secure contracts.
Monitor industry trends and costs to ensure competitive pricing.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered, the resume of the applicant must show that the applicant possesses the following qualifications/skills:
2+ years of experience in scaffolding estimation, construction estimation, project management or a related field.
Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
